- In case the customer wishes to return purchased goods, he can exercise this right within 1 month of receiving them. It is an obligatory condition that the goods are in their original commercial form, without damaged packaging and without being used. In this case, the delivery costs are borne by the customer.

- The transport costs for return within Bulgaria are at the expense of the company, regardless of the reason for return and subject to a period of 1 (month) after receipt of the goods.

- A product that does not correspond to the one ordered by the customer is subject to complaint. The customer can refuse it upon receipt. In case of discrepancy, please contact us. Upon confirmation of the error we will replace the goods, as the delivery within Bulgaria is at the expense of the company.

- In case of a production defect, the customer has the right to cancel the order (within 7 days) or request a replacement, as the cost of delivery within Bulgaria is at the expense of the store.

- Goods for which the customer has been warned in advance for non-conformity, as well as for goods for which the operating conditions indicated on the packaging by the manufacturer and those that are personalized with initials, photos, names, etc. are not subject to complaint. On customer's request.

- The customer has the opportunity to replace a model in case it does not match his number. When the courier arrives, measure the goods you ordered. In this case, the costs for returning the products within Bulgaria are also at the expense of the company. You do not need to pay the imposed payment before you weigh the goods. When replacing, you only need to mark the numbering that you want us to send you from the respective model.

- If your order cannot be fulfilled due to exhausted availability or other reasons, you will be notified. Orders placed on the same day by one user can be sent as a single shipment, which should be mentioned in the free comment field.
